Gen1 Pokemon nuzlocke viability

I'm not taking exp curves into account as most people nuzlocke with candies. Legendaries not ranked because they're not allowed usually. According to most rules pokemon like Snorlax wouldn't be allowed either but I decided to include it anyway. For Raichu I'm assuming Surf is not available. In general, nuzlocke favours bulkier pokemon, utility moves, pivoting and of course also just raw damage output. Recovery moves are also legendary. Or immunity to explosion.
